Summer cooler: ‘Matipid’ Mango Sago recipe
Summer is the perfect time to enjoy Philippine mangoes, which are the sweetest in the world, since they are in season.
This is why they are bountiful, at their freshest best, and rather inexpensive. And since summertime is really hot, why not make refreshing mango coolers, both drinks and cold desserts, to quench your thirst and keep you cool?
Chef Jackie Ang Po shares this Matipid Mango Sago recipe for everyone to enjoy not just this summer but even beyond.
