Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State on Monday welcomed key members of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Allied Peoples Movement (APM) to his office in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, in a notable political shift in the state,

The delegation, led by Dr. Sikirulai Ogundele, a former chairman of the PDP in the state and Hon. Adekunle Abdulkabir Akinlade, engaged in discussions that are widely viewed as a precursor to their anticipated formal alignment with the All Progressives Congress (APC), the ruling party in the state.
