The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) on Tuesday arraigned former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, before the Federal High Court in Kaduna over allegations of corruption, money laundering, and abuse of office involving millions of naira and dollars.
