A former Wisconsin elementary school teacher who was accused of making out and exchanging salacious texts with her 11-year-old student broke down in court as she admitted to her crimes and had several charges thrown after accepting plea agreement.

Madison Bergmann, 25, pleaded guilty to one count of child enticement and two counts of s£xual misconduct by school staff during a plea hearing Monday, according to court records obtained by The Post.

The former fifth-grade teacher at River Crest Elementary School had several other charges dismissed, including first-degree s£xual ass@ult of a child, using a computer to facilitate a child s£x crime, exposing a child to harmful descriptions, and additional counts of sexual misconduct by school staff and child enticement, records showed.

Bergmann wiped away tears with a crumpled tissue and cried during the hearing, according to footage obtained by KARE11.

Her abuse of the young boy was exposed when the fifth-grade student’s mother overheard her son speaking to the teacher on the phone, according to her criminal complaint.

After checking the boy’s phone, his parents discovered lewd texts between the two, discussing several encounters inside the Hudson, Wis., classroom during lunch or after school.

She allegedly told the young boy how much she enjoyed him touching her and “making out.”

The boy’s enraged father stormed into the school with printouts of the deranged conversations, authorities said.

When cops searched Bergmann’s classroom, they found a folder with the victim’s name on it containing handwritten love notes discussing how much they kissed.

She was supposed to be married in July 2024, but the nuptials were nixed. The heinous accusations blindsided the groom-to-be, Sam Hickman.

Bergmann is slated to be sentenced on Dec. 22, 2025.
