Reports say that the US President has been issued with a long list of requirements by Iranian officials if he wants to put a stop to the conflict

Iran has reportedly issued a big list of demands to the US and Israel for if there is to be an end to the war in the Middle East – a humiliating ransom for US President Donald Trump.

Iran is demanding a number of guarantees as talks remain ongoing to end the conflict, which has led to thousands of deaths, damage to crucial infastructure and people being displaces from their homes.

Alluding to progress in talks with Iran, Trump has claimed Iran is eager for a deal to end the war.

He said on Monday his son-in-law Jared Kushner and U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff held talks with an unnamed Iranian leader, though he said the US hasn’t talked to the supreme leader. Iran denied that such talks were taking place…Proceed; Reading Original.
